Start by double
clicking on the icon marked 'My Computer' on the desktop.
- Next,
double click on the icon marked 'Control Panel'.
- You will
see the 'Control Panel' appear on your monitor, you will need to find the
icon marked 'Add/Remove Programs' and Double Click on it.
- You will
now see the 'Add/Remove Programs Properties' screen appear, click on the
'Windows Setup' tab on the top of the window, then you need to find
'Communications' and Double click on it.
- You will
now see a window, if you do not have a tick next to 'Dial-Up Networking'
you will need to click on the small square to the left of 'Dial-Up
Networking', after doing this a tick should appear, once you see this you
can use your mouse to click on the button marked 'Ok' and then click on
'Ok' again.
- Windows 95
will now prompt you to restart you computer before changes will take
effect, you will need to restart your computer to make sure 'Dial-Up
Networking' is properly installed.
